Dr. Weakland recognizes that dental emergencies don't always occur at a convenient time, so
he tries to provide you with same-day emergency care whenever possible. In the event of an emergency, please call our office at

A delay in seeking dental care may result in a more serious infection or possible tooth loss.

Bleeding and swelling gum tissue is not normal; it requires dental treatment.

Broken teeth need repair, even if there is no pain.

Never place aspirin on an aching tooth because it will burn the surrounding soft tissue.

A tooth that is very sensitive to hot food or drink needs dental attention as soon as possible.

If a permanent tooth is knocked out do not clean the tooth or wrap it in tissue. Instead, place the tooth either back in the socket or in a glass of milk, and contact us immediately.
